Temporary assistance
It seemed to help get me to sleep, but I only manage about 3-4 hours before waking up and cannot return to sleep. I'm going back to the doctor for valium to reset my sleeping pattern.

Limited effectiveness
No good. Unfortunately, it doesn't really work for me. Though it helps me fall asleep, I often wake up in the middle of the night and cannot fall back asleep. I wake up feeling really tired.
